The banana, ingredient of the smoothie has antioxidant properties while the apple purifies the intestines and the ginger stimulates the metabolism. Cinnamon promotes the detox process and has anti-inflammatory effects. Milk and coconut water are rich in nutrients and minerals, including potassium promoting the health of the body. Those with lactose intolerance can use vegetable milk based on rice, almonds or soya!

The method of preparation


Peel 1 banana into pieces, seed and cut 1 apple without peeling. Peel and grind 1 cm of ginger. Put the ingredients in a blender add a pinch of cinnamon, pour 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of coconut water. Mix until smooth. Sprinkle with some cinnamon powder.
