The method of preparation
Peel 1
banana into pieces, seed and cut 1 apple without peeling. Peel and grind 1 cm
of ginger. Put the ingredients in a blender add a pinch of cinnamon, pour 100
ml of milk and 100 ml of coconut water. Mix until smooth. Sprinkle with
some cinnamon powder.
