The positive effects of aerobics



Aerobics - as is generally known - belongs to sports movements called cardiovascular, generating a large number of positive changes in the human body. From the first courses, we can feel its benefits on the general fitness in terms of circulation and endurance. Training develops our physical performance, shape and tonus by promoting weight loss as well. It reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The positive effects of aerobics


Its benefits are mainly muscular, cardiac, pulmonary, circulatory. According to the medical research carried out it increases the left ventricle of the heart and the walls of the ventricle become thicker what results an increased life of the heart. A 1-hour workout represents an energy consumption of about 600 calories (with a heart rate of 120 to 160), which is higher than a ball game course of the same duration.

Since aerobics represents a significant physical burden for the body, it is best to start it gradually, by increasing the exercises step by step or asking your physician for advice.
